New construction updates: Bayliss 72'

Every single wood clamp has been put to the test over the course of the last month as work continues on the hull of Bayliss 72'.
First, the beam was was constructed by clamping and shaping ten layers of fir. Next, the fir stringers were added, followed by the chine. Our crew is now in the process of clamping the shear.
Across the street from our hull shop, the flybridge and cabin have been progressing at a rapid pace. They each received two layers of core cell foam board, two coats of glassing, and two rounds of fairing on both the interior and exterior. At the end of August, the flybridge was mounted to the cabin.
Bayliss 72's console and benchseat build-outs are already under way and will be glassed onto the bridge before receiving their own rounds of fairing. By the end of the month, the exterior appearance of the cabin will be completed with its black mask.
