Queen’s Cup Racers should give her a wide berth as she enters the Ludington Harbor between 5:30-6:00A.M. The Queen’s Cup Finish Line is about a mile away and isn’t in the path of 'Badger'.

In the 2013 Marion Bermuda Race, Shindig took line honors, finishing the 645 nm course off St David’s Lighthouse at 4:55:13 ADT/3:55:13 EDT on Tuesday morning June 18. They were certainly glad to finish first, but sorry not to break the record after such a fast start.

In the Marion Bermuda Race, as anticipated late Sunday, the ‘line honor’ leaders hit the wall Monday afternoon. According to the YellowBrick tracker they now seem to be sailing on the wind, on a long port tack to Bermuda. The ‘handicap’ leaders are the smaller boats that have kept the old, reaching breeze longer and made their time on the other boats in their class.
