TR MarineWorld will be launching the new MasterCraft X Star at the Sydney International Boat Show, securing boat number 1 for the maiden worldwide boat show launch.

In 1996 MasterCraft invented the high performance wakeboard boat. Since then the X Star has been the Riders choice for eight years.

As Ronnie Arenson from MasterCraft Australia & NZ explains: 'This is our fourth Generation X Star. It has been three years in development and is now ready to replace the old X Star. It’s all new from the bow to the swim platform, yes even the swim platform has some unique rider friendly elements! It’s now a bigger and better boat stacked with comfort and technology. Performance is a given. This is the machine that is as important to wake boarders as water itself!'

Once the number one boat has been shown in Sydney, the boat is going to Australian Harley Clifford, the undisputed top ranked wakeboarder in the world.

The vital stats are: 24 feet, weighing 2350kg, seating 15 people, Fuel 280 Litres, standard engine 6.0 Litre.

'It is going to be the leader of the pack and is already setting the standards on the Pro Tour in the USA where we have been using pre-production test boats.'

See TR MarineWorld's MasterCraft display at Stand number 420-422.
