On Wednedsday July 11th at 09:18hrs Yann Eliès (Groupe Queguiner - Le Journal des Entreprises) crossed the finish line in Cherbourg to complete a long sought after overall victory. On his 13th attempt Eliès took two of the three stage victories. Morgan Lagravière (Vendée) finished second overall, Erwan Tabarly (Nacarat) third.
