Nautor’s Swan, the international symbol of excellence in the luxury nautical sector, announces the appointment nominee of Jimmy Cheung as the brand’s new area manager for the Asian market. Cheung, 35 years old, was born and raised in Hong Kong. CHe has now been appointed to expand the brand’s presence in China and South East Asia. His role will include commercial development and coordination of all Nautor’s Swan meetings and events in that area. This nomination represents a strategic maneuver towards increasing the brand’s presence in Asia. Cheung has worked for a Chinese boating magazine, then was Sales Manager for a Chinese superyacht agency. He later moved on to Thomson and Reuters, before returning to the nautical world by joining Nautor’s Swan. 'Nautor’s Swan is one of the most important players in the nautical world, a successful brand in great expansion on an international level' declared Jimmy Cheung. 'One of the more stimulating goals for me will be to contribute in the development and evolution of the brand on the Asian territory'. Jimmy Cheung will be based in Hong Kong and will report directly to Luca Lucheschi, Nautor’s Swan’s Commercial Director. Nautor’s Swan, with more than 40 years of experience in the production of luxurious sailboats, represents prestige and elegance. Swan yachts are considered the latest sailboats frontier, able to combine style and performance with unparalleled constructive qualities.
