Catch all the crashes and carnage from the last couple of days of racing at the KA Sails Moth Nationals. Three videos for your enjoyment.
On the final day of racing at Mornington (Victoria), the breeze tended to be more southerly, flattening out the course, as five sailors battled it out for the National Moth Championship ....
Four races were held in conditions that ranged from light airs, to a solid breeze. As always, the swell tested all competitors.
Races 5 and 6 of the 2012 KA Moth Nationals saw winds ranging from 5-20 knots, big seas and grey skies. Race 7 was abandoned after a 30 knot front blew through.
Thanks to our sponsors KA Sails, Zhik, Sailing Bits, Grotty Yotty and Sport Phillip Marine for supporting the event.
