Riviera showcases the new 4400SY Series II at the Mandurah Boat Show

'4400 Sport Yacht Series II will be showcased for the first time at the 2011 Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show'    Stephen Milne

Riviera, Australia’s largest and most awarded pleasure boat builder will showcase its new 4400 Sport Yacht Series II at the Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show to be held from October 14-16.

Established in 2001, the annual Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show is Australia’s third largest boat show held over 24,000 square metres of hardstand space and with about 100 boats on the water.

Riviera’s exclusive Western Australia dealer, R Marine Perth will showcase five of Riviera’s latest models including, from the Sport Yacht range, the 3600 Series II, the new 4400 Series II, the 5800 Sport Yacht, and from the flybridge range the 38 and new 43 with IPS.

R Marine Perth dealer principal Brendon Grieve said the Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show was one of Western Australia’s premiere events with more than 20,000 visitors through the gates last year.

'Last year we featured the stunning new 43 Open Flybridge, which received tremendous support and strong interest from boating enthusiasts,' Brendon said.

'This year we are pleased to showcase yet another of Riviera’s latest models, the new 4400 Sport Yacht Series II which was recently launched at the 2011 Sydney International Boat Show.

'We will also have on display and for demonstration, a Riviera 56 featuring the latest Twin Disc Express Joystick System (EJS). Representatives from Twin Disc will be on hand throughout the show to discuss the system with both new boat buyers and those potentially wanting to retrofit them onto their existing boats.

'For the first time we will also have an extensive array of Riviera merchandise on display, including the latest jackets and polo shirts.

'Our floating display will have some of the latest and most innovative models from Riviera in one location as well as our award-winning team of professionals and staff from the Riviera factory on hand to assist customers with any questions or inquiries.

'We also look forward to catching up with many of our VIP customers and guests at a special function we will be hosting during the boat show to celebrate the launch of the new 4400 Sport Yacht Series II.'

More power, more style, more luxury, more options; Riviera’s stunning new 4400 Sport Yacht Series II is tipped to be a crowd pleaser with the option of Zeus pod drives and twin 480 horsepower Cummins engines, additional cockpit seating, a new extended hardtop, greater head room in the aft cabin, LED lighting, and the 4400 Series II is the first in the Sport Yacht range to introduce extremely large hull windows, similar to those in Riviera’s new 53 and 61 Series II Flybridge models.

The new hardtop, targa and hull windows have enhanced aesthetics on this extremely popular model with 76 4400 Sport Yachts launched thus far.

The 4400 Sport Yacht Series II features IPS as standard but also has the option to have Cummins Zeus drives.

Riviera’s floating display will be located on the water in berths 56 to 61.

The Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show will run over three days; October 14 from 10am-6pm, October 15 from 10am-6pm and October 16 from 10am-5pm at the Mandurah Offshore Fishing and Sailing Club, Mandurah Ocean Marina.

Riviera offers 20 different models from 36 to 85 feet across four model series Flybridge, Sport Yacht, Offshore Express and Motor Yachts.
