Horizon is scheduled to deliver its fifth P130 superyacht, 'Angara,' to her new owners in Europe this summer – the 136ft superyacht was shipped from Horizon in mid-May, arriving in Malta around June 5th.
'Angara' is the fifth Horizon superyacht above 40 meters with DNV & MCA dual certifications and was delivered on time and on budget and will be cruising the Mediteraenean this European summer.
The new tri-deck completed her continuous 24-hour open ocean sea trial on April 30th, 2011, with excellent results. Equipped with Twin CAT C32A 1,800BHP engines, 'Angara' can reach top speed of 16.5 knots under full load in open sea conditions. While cruising at a comfortable 12 knots, total fuel consumption with twin 86KW generators and the main engines at cruise with full load is less than 230 litres per hour.
The owner has kindly agreed to Horizon showcasing the new Horizon P130 at the upcoming Rendezvous in Monaco, where she will debut for the first time during the June 23rd to 26th 2011 event.
