Sail-World.com : OK. It's time for more dinghy action
OK. It's time for more dinghy action

'Only the sailor in question will know who this is, but it looks good! - OK Dinghy Australian and Interdominion Championships'    Alex McKinnon ©

Photographer Alex McKinnon was out off Black Rock on Port Phillip for today's invitation race ahead of the 2014 OK Dinghy's Australian and Interdominion Championships (with NZL). A total of 58 vessels, 11 hailing from New Zealand, are set to see who gets crowned with this prestigious title. 18 knots of cool Sou'soueaster and a short 1 to 1.5m Port Phillip chop entertained the fleet, as you'll see from the pics. Trust everyone loves a little water with their sport... Luke O'Connell, in Kermit's Middle Finger won the day and let's hope the traditional pre-regatta hoodoo does not affect his final standings. See www.bryc.com.au for more information.
