About the Beneteau First 36.7 North American Championship

The North American Championship crowns the top boat for the First 36.7 One-Design Class. It is a traveling championship that is awarded by the host fleet annually. With fleets in major sailing areas across North America, host fleets have included Long Island, Chesapeake Bay, Lake Erie, Detroit and So Cal in previous years. The NAC’s provide a fitting climax to an active season of racing for the fleets and provide the season’s most intense sailing.
