'Clipper and Propel'    Clipper Motor Yachts

Clipper Motor Yachts has announced that Propel Public Relations has been appointed to provide communications services for the Clipper brand.

Heading up Propel PR is experienced business consultant and accomplished public relations and marketing professional, Lauren Brittain.

Clipper managing director Brett Thurley said Clipper is currently going through a growth and development phase since purchasing the moulds from China and partnering in the manufacturing process.

'We were looking for someone with a fresh outlook, who could work with us to take our brand to the next level and support us during such an important phase, Mr Thurley said. 'Lauren is well respected within the marine and leisure industry, and we are happy to have her onboard as the representative for Clipper’s communications.'

Lauren Brittain said she is honoured to form a partnership with a renowned Australian boat brand at such an exciting time in its development.

Prior to establishing her company, Lauren performed the marketing and public relations for BCF – Boating, Camping, Fishing and more recently BLA. She has also worked across brands including Honda, Haines Hunter, Navico and Marine Solutions.

'Propel PR has been created to provide marine and leisure businesses wanting to proactively manage their public relations with access to the experience and expertise that comes from understanding how to best manage their profile and reputation,' Miss Brittain said.

'I have been particularly encouraged by the way the marine industry has welcomed the services of Propel PR and I look forward to assisting those businesses and brands seeking value and cutting-edge communication solutions.'
