The last day of racing at the 2012 Phuket King’s Cup Regatta came to a close with partyfun and exciting musical performances amid the natural beauty of Phuket. Singha Corporation, the Title Sponsor of the 2012 race, provided a superb closing party and prize-giving ceremony in front of hundreds of sailors, partygoers and media from around the world, held at the luxurious Kata Beach Resort and Spa. Proceedings were opened with a dazzling fireworks display over Kata Beach. Guests then enjoyed a poolside buffet featuring international and Asian cuisine, and free-flow beverages provided by Singha Corporation. Crowds enjoyed energy-packed dancing to live music and a live DJ show, providing a perfect way to wind down after what has been one of the best regattas to date.
