Raymarine’s ClearPulse CHIRP sounder: simply so much better

Raymarine’s new CP450C ClearPulse™ CHIRP completely transforms fishfinding technology, delivering up to 10 times the resolution of traditional sounders and creating a whole new level of fish identification.

In any depth from 600mm to 3000 metres, the Raymarine’s ClearPulse CHIRP sounder simultaneously uses two independent CHIRP sonar transceivers to intelligently detect and target the fish fisherman want to catch! Simultaneously operating across a wide range of sonar frequencies, ClearPulse CHIRP literally ensures there is nowhere for the fish to hide!

With an ultra-fast 80 ping-per-second update rate, ClearPulse CHIRP delivers amazing detail and accuracy in shallow water and when moving at high speeds. Unlike traditional high-speed scrolling, ClearPulse CHIRP images the bottom at up to twice the speed of typical fishfinders, providing real time water depth and bottom conditions when they are most needed.

In other words, in the most challenging conditions, where other sonars fail, ClearPulse CHIRP’s technology excels.

ClearPulse CHIRP technology sees right through dense schools of baitfish, marking individual targets while simultaneously identifying larger game fish.
And, thanks to Raymarine’s new TruZoom™ mode, fishers can now get a precise, magnified view of fish targets, bottom structure and baitfish, without any of the resolution loss traditionally seen in zoom mode.

ClearPulse CHIRP is compatible with all of Raymarine’s acclaimed C Series and E Series multifunction displays. ClearPulse CHIRP will be on display for the first time on the Lusty and Blundell stand, stand 128, in the Viaduct Events Centre at the Auckland On Water Boat Show, and will then be available nationwide through Lusty and Blundell’s network of leading marine dealers.
