The final race of the AEG 18ft Skiffs 3-Bouys Challenge was postponed to another day after strong southerly squalls prevailed throughout the day on Sydney Harbour.
Winds in excess of 30 knots made conditions too extreme for the skiffs and forced Race Officer Garry Linacre to postpone the race to a later date.
A decision will be made later in the week regarding when the event will be sailed.
Race two of the NSW Championship will be sailed on Sydney Harbour next Sunday, then the racing will be in recess until Race one of the Australian Championship on 13 January.
