Lasers, Volvo, Piracy, Clipper, Caribbean, Scotland, Cape to Rio, America's Cup, China Team... obviously there are plenty of people out on the water. Are you?
The subject of 'growing boating' is one that comes up again and again. But really, unless you are an accountant whose only concern is growing the numbers, then the main thing is that sailors get out there and enjoy themselves. Of course, numbers mean noise, noise means publicity, and publicity means sponsors and money and even maybe getting the local authorities involved (unless you are in Hong Kong). Like the advert says, 'Just Do It.' Me? It's Sunday, so I'm sailing there-and-back to the best seafood restaurant in Hong Kong. See you next week.
