After being becalmed, the Clipper fleet now face the prospect of storms and the Volvo fleet is on stop over in Sanya, China for repairs, rest and relaxtion before the next leg commences on February 19 to Auckland, New Zealand. Groupama 4, skippered by Franck Cammas, finished second in the previous 3,051-mile leg from Malé.
