Dragon Worlds, Velux 5 Oceans, Barcelona World, Moth videos, lots more

Welcome to the latest edition of Sail-World.com's European newsletter.

Pit stops for the previous leaders of the Barcelona World Race, Vibrac-Paprec 3 and Foncia. Estrella Damm Sailing Team now leads the fleet, followed by Groupe Bel and Mapfre. Jean Le Cam and Bruno Garcia on President were forced to retire after being dismasted.

Polish sailor Zbigniew Gutkowski, Operon Racing, has crossed the line in Wellington in second place after finishing Sprint 2 of the Velux 5 Oceans race.

Markus Wieser, Bunker Queen, finished second on a countback at the Dragon Worlds, held in Melbourne Australia. A good European contingent made the trip 'down under' with over 30 European crews contesting the championship.

We have the latest on the America's Cup including pictures and images of the AC 45 test sailing.

There is lots more local and international news, including some great video from the Moth World Championship which has just concluded in Australia.
