Green Marinas, Seawind export success, MIAA MOU with Korea
A brief period of respite between boat shows, but that doesn't mean there's nothing going on! Far from it! This week the global selection of news, features and events covers all topics and issues facing the marine industry - environmental, political, social and financial, as well as a few personalities and their opinions thrown in for good measure.
We look at the achievable measures of 'green marinas', a consumer trend that business is embracing for both marketing and sustainability purposes, a profile of Seawind Catamarans - Exporter of the Year at the AIMEX Awards, more results from Sydney International Boat Show, an update from IBEX on its seminar program, new Codes for the lucrative refit industry in New Zealand, and an MOU between the Marina Industry Association of Australia and Korea for provision of training.
There are loads of other stories too about sponsors, strategies and upcoming opportunities for businesses.
Keep your news flowing and have a great week!
