Ben Gladwell was aboard the Whitbread Round the World Racer, Lion New Zealand, now owned by Sail NZ, for the 2009 Auckland to Tauranga Race. He provided these images of the daylight hours of the race, until after the fleet rounded Cape Colville and headed for Tauranga
