Olympic Sailing Qingdao - Day 2 - Racing completed

Day 2 of racing in Qingdao, China and the 49er joined the Finn and Yngling classes out on the water for their first races of the Games. The 49er sailed three races while the Finn and Yngling added two more races to the two they completed on Saturday.

Stevie Morrison and Ben Rhodes finished the day in first overall after scoring a 4, 3, 5 in the first three races. They lead by one point from Pietro and Gianfranco Sibello of Italy.

And in the Yngling Sarah Ayton, Sarah Webb, Pippa Wilson scored a 4 and 7 to retain their lead overall ahead of Mandy Mulder, Annemieka Bes and Merel Wirreveen of the Netherlands

In the Finn racing Ben Ainslie added a fourth and a first to be second overall behind leader Zach Railey of the USA, the Candian Chris Cook is third.
