Leader of the Volvo Ocean Race for Leg 5, Groupama, have revealed a secret watch keeping system they have been employing since rounding Cape Horn.

The secret system reduces windage from the extra crew being on deck, and avoids slowing the boat through excessive crew movement, and lowered centre of gravity, plus it enables the crew to maintain high energy levels, in this grueling race
