Sail-World was on the water for the Pro-Am race of the Volvo Ocean Race, Auckland Stopover. The Pro-Am race was the second event four days of racing planned for Auckland.
Here are images of the guest sailors aboard the five Volvo racers who competed in the two race, and delayed event. Regardless of the sailing, we're all sure that they had the time of their lives, and come Monday, will be boring their workmates to death with endless stories of their exploits on the Waitemata.
