Waka Racing reporting from St Moritz, Switzerland after Day 2

'Waka Racing at St Moritz, Switzerland'
New Zealand matchracing team, Waka Racing, led by Phil Robertson, report after Day 2 of the sixth stage of the World Match Race Tour - St Moritz Match Race :

Hi Guys,

A tough day today. Light airs and extremely shifty. We got off to a good start with a nail biting win against Jesper Radich but unfortunately that's all we could get. We had two more races in the morning where we came up short against Ihel and the on fire Williams.

We went out again in the early evening for one race which turned out to be a lottery. We won the start but got done by a massive unpredictable shift. This was followed by falling into a massive hole once we rounded the top mark.

Very difficult sailing conditions today and it could have swung either way. It's looking pretty grim from here but we will go out tomorrow morning fighting with fingers crossed.

A special thanks to all our sponsors Tax Management NZ, FedEx Express, KZ Race Furlers, Line 7, RNZYS, Devine Consultants, Frontend Design ad the Waka Racing Supporters Club.
