The DeckHardware Team is excited about presenting our biggest stand ever at this year’s Sydney International Boat Show. The show is now under 3 weeks away and DeckHardware will be in Hall 2 on Stand 206A. Many of the products on display will be available for purchase on the stand and we will also have some specials available.

DeckHardware are also looking forward to having a Dinghy on display with the Allen, Liros Rope and PROtect Tape products in use. This is the first year that the Allen range will be on display at the Sydney International Boat Show. Along with a Dinghy will be two stands of the Allen product, one has several setups that you can see in use.

If you are in Sydney and refitting your Dinghy, Skiff, Sports Boat or Yacht then make sure you visit us at Show. We will have not only one but two stands of Liros Rope on display. You will be able to purchase cut lengths at the show.

Our product range comes from industry leaders like Allen, Billy Bung, Blue Performance, Forespar, JDC Electronic, Liros Rope, Man Ship Marine, PeterG's, PROtect Tapes, Schaefer Marine, SpliceRight, Splicing Nut, Unimer and Walder. Our range of products is suitable for Dinghies, Skiffs, Sports Boats, Cruising Yachts and Racing Yachts with some of our products such as Plumbing, Cleaning Product and Mooring lines crossing over into the Power Boat Market.

For those on Facebook stay up to date by visiting our event page (https://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=154101757977237) or our fan page (https://www.facebook.com/DeckHardware). Huge thanks to our friends who are making time to assist us on our stand this year: Rhys, Goughy, Cam, Brad and Georgia. Phil, Melissa and Robyn will also be on the stand so come and say Hi to the DeckHardware team who will be more than happy to talk boats with you. The team has a diverse range of experience in Dinghies, Skiffs and Yachts.

DeckHardware will be introducing the new Dinghy Cockpit from Blue Performance at this year’s Sydney International Boat Show. The Dinghy Cockpit bags are made from water-repellent materials and are easily installed via Velcro. Each bag includes a section on top for your drink bottle to slide into and a pocket for storage.

Retailing for $32.05, the bags are available in two sizes – Small Dinghy Cockpit Bag (BP780 170x120x90mm) and Large Dinghy Cockpit Bag (BP779 170x140x120mm).

DeckHardware will also be showing for the first time Forespar’s new quick-release Steering Control Arm. Forespar's new wheel-mounted Steering Control Arm extends the helmsman's range when behind the wheel to allow for movement away from the helm station. Made specifically for use while motoring or easy sailing, the quick-release Steering Control Arm enhances safety by increasing a driver's forward sightline and offers new sitting positions including from the stern rail seat on many boats.
Wheel Mounted Steering -  Melissa Yeomans

It uses a twist-lock extension with a special quick-release attachment clamp mounted to the wheel. It installs in seconds and can be easily deployed or removed with the simple push of a button.
