Southern Spars is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Reaper as Composite Rigging Sales Manager.
The appointment comes at a time when Composite Rigging is enjoying considerable success with its EC6+ rigging on many leading grand-prix racing yachts. Stemming from this success has been a steady increase in demand for EC6 rigging products across both the racing and cruising markets.
Tony will be based at the Composite Rigging office in Rhode Island and is responsible for all product enquires, including EC6, EC6+ and Aramid rigging.
Tony joins Composite Rigging with a wealth of experience both on and off the water. As an active member of the sailing community, he brings over 25 years of industry knowledge to the company. Among his yachting achievements include numerous inshore and offshore championships.
'Tony’s background in sailing and project management stands him in good stead for his new role, where he will focus on developing existing and new markets for Composite Rigging products and its position as a leader in composite rigging systems' says Composite Rigging Manager, Scott Vogel.
