Ovington boats have announced a new partnership with Dynamic Sails in the B14 class. The hugely popular B14 is a lightweight, two-person, non-trapeze skiff with blistering performance and a strong international following.
The B14 is now being built at Ovington's state of the art factory in North Shields, with orders of six new boats and some awesome regatta venues it looks like 2009 will be a busy year.
Dave Dobrijevic of Dynamic Sails is no stranger to the class having previously won both National and European titles. Dave is working with the team of Chris Turner and Phil Eltringham in the run up to the B14 Worlds in Australia in early 2009. Already the sails are proving fast and sights are set high for the World Championships.
Dynamic Sails are specialist Sailmakers in Emsworth with over 15 years sailmaking experience from Olympic One Design to large Yacht sails. Using the latest software and technology they build fast racing sails for all classes.
Ovington Boats have been building the highest quality dinghies and performance sailboats for over thirty years. Some of the most sophisticated dinghies available are built at the Tanners Bank workshop using the very latest technology.
