The second Whyte & Mackay Earls Court Boat Show in London will run for just five days - half the length of last year's event - and has been brought forward by a week from the originally announced dates. The new dates are 26-30 November 2008.
'We want to condense it and make it more buzzy,' reported the show's MD James Brooke. The earlier date, 'at the request of some international exhibitors', is to avoid a clash with the Paris Boat Show.
The show will once again have a classic element, said Brooke, with a focus on classic powerboat racing, and plans for a classic boat auction. www.ibinews.com
