Liu and Cheng (SIN) lead Aussie 29er Nationals

Justin Liu and Sherman Cheng from Singapore have taken the lead in the 29er Australian Championships. The pair recovered from their poor start of the first day to move into the lead on day two. With the discard still to come into effect they lead second placed Judge Ryan and Hans Henken (USA) by 19 points after six races.

Early series leaders Joel Rose and Jamie Woods (AUS) have had a roller-coaster ride, and despite winning two races they have crashed to 16th place. Best placed local team are Byron White and William Ryan in third overall

Britain's Thomas Durham and Alex Cooper have only reached single figures once and are down in 27th overall.
