Summer Racing, Qingdao and more

Winter racing finishes in the Whitsundays and we are looking forward to the summer season. For Sail-World across the Asia Pacific, it’s particularly busy with highlights including the Audi Etchells Worlds, the Raja Muda, the Monsoon Cup, the Kings Cup, the Sydney International Regatta, the Rolex Trophy Series, Rolex Sydney to Hobart, Pittwater Coffs, Sail Melbourne, Sailing South, Bay of Islands Regatta, Skandia Geelong Week and then the F18 Worlds, with lots of other major regattas, National titles and World titles sprinkled in between.

Thanks for the great feed back to our new full screen image format, which we christened with Iain Mainsbridge Bass Strait pix.

Sail-World has just analysed the Pre-Pre Olympic results from Qingdao, they do not make pretty reading.

News on a new IRC Racer-cruiser from NZL, some good boats coming out of there this year. Beneteau are celebrating another successful Hamilton Island adventure with more than 50 skippers enjoying this great regatta.

We have the first ever Sydney Sailing Show on November 11th and 12th, details below.

Now we are looking forward to the Farr 40 World’s.
