The Easter Bunny is almost here, that means it’s the Brisbane to Gladstone Race, the Three Peaks Race and we will have more reports from north Queensland where there will be action aplenty in Airlie Beach and Port Hinchinbrook.
Sail-World continues to expand. Launched only three months ago our Cruising site has been a huge success, now we will be splitting Sail-World Cruising into two; Cruising International and Cruising Australia.
TetraMedia, the publisher of Sail-World.com is looking for a marine industry journalist with sailing and power-boating experience. As TetraMedia is 'Now' we are ready for the step into Powerboating.
The Power of the Internet is now allowing the delivery of major Sail-World and Sail-World Cruising feature articles, up to 4,000 words with 10-15 pictures and with audio and vision inclusions coming shortly. Similar content will be seen on our new Powerboating site.
Broadband Internet and Skype allows writers to be anywhere For instance our Sail-World Cruising Editor has been working from Istanbul and will soon head across the Med to arrive in the US before Christmas. Our UK-Europe Editor divides his time between Spain and the UK. Our Feature writer could be based in Australia, the UK, or the USA, but be travelling internationally.
The Marine Feature Writer position will suit an experienced free-lance writer, initially with 40 – 60 hours per month available; hours flexible.
