东风队船员选拔活动在三亚半山半岛帆船港正式举行


'Volvo Ocean Race 2014-15'    Team Dongfeng

2014-15沃尔沃环球帆船赛代表中国参赛的东风队首轮中国船员选拔活动今天在东风队位于中国海南三亚的半山半岛帆船港的官方训练基地正式举行。三亚半山半岛帆船港是2011-2012赛季沃尔沃环球帆船赛在中国地区的停靠港,并将再度成为下届沃尔沃环球帆船赛的官方停靠港。在接下来的几个月中,东风队的船员选拔活动以及从二月正式开始的船员训练活动将在作为东风队官方训练基地的三亚半山半岛帆船港进行。'我们非常自豪和兴奋东风队把半山半岛帆船港作为训练基地。这里的帆船环境和训练设施将为东风队提供最好的服务,同时也希望东风队把这里当作他们喜欢的家。' 三亚半山半岛帆船港有限责任公司副总经理李鼎超说

东风队面向中国船员的选拔测试活动已正式开始,首轮船员选拔活动已于当地时间今晨8时在中国三亚全面展开。东风队的船员选拔活动将由负责英国阿特米斯远洋帆船学院船员招募工作的OC Sport团队以及东风队总经理布鲁诺·杜布瓦全权负责。'我们有20名出色的中国候选船员在三亚半山半岛帆船港参加这次的选拔活动,尽管他们因为不知道会在选拔中会进行什么样的测试而感到有些忧虑,' 布鲁诺·杜布瓦解释说。被挑选出来参加这次船员选拔活动的船员对在接下来的36个小时内将进行的测试项目和内容完全不知情,这样更有利于评委对他们在高强度和疲惫状态下的表现进行评估。

中国知名航海人郭川将以评委的身份出席这次的船员选拔活动。郭川在2008-2009赛季的沃尔沃环球帆船赛中,作为绿蛟龙号的媒体船员成为第一个参加沃尔沃环球帆船赛的中国水手。这些经历使他深知参加东风队船员选拔活动的水手将要面临什么样的考验。在2011年,郭川成为第一位挑战横跨大西洋比赛的中国水手,他还在今年四月以137天20小时不间断的航行打破40尺级别单人不间断环球航行的世界纪录,并成为单人不间断环球航行中国第一人。

另外,在上一届沃尔沃环球帆船赛中担任三亚队平舱工和绞盘手工作的滕江和将以候选船员的身份参加东风队这次的船员选拔活动。除滕江和外,其他知名船员包括来自中国香港的水手郑英杰。郑英杰曾在420级帆船、29er级别、以及49er级别帆船上有过出色的表现,同时他还是美洲杯帆船系列赛中国之队的参赛船员。'我希望能成为我们国家顶尖的水手,并和更多热爱帆船运动的人一起分享帆船知识,'郑英杰说。其他参加船员选拔活动的候选船员还包括参加过美洲杯帆船系列赛和极限40帆船赛的来自山东的水手刘学、来自青岛并代表三亚的水手张翌然、徐京坤、有丰富的470级帆船经验的水手温自进,以及唯一的一名女选手李莉。

懂得制帆,并拥有丰富的帆板运动、激光级帆船、芬兰级帆船运动经验的水手陈锦浩希望他能以专业的帆船知识和技能给评委留下深刻的印象,向专业远洋帆船发展迈出一大步:'我希望能有机会成为东风队里的中国船员,挑战下一届沃尔沃环球帆船赛,'陈锦浩说。'这不仅仅是为了学习更多专业的帆船运动的技能,更重要的是能在比赛中向来自全世界最顶尖的船员学习他们的经验,充实自己的航海知识。同时,我也希望能借此机会挑战自己的极限。'

明年二月'东风号'到达中国后,入选的船员将参加正式训练,然后从中产生一支由6至8名中国船员组成的队伍,按照沃尔沃环球帆船赛的路线进行半程环球试航,从中国返回欧洲。最终代表'东风号'参加沃尔沃环球帆船赛的中国船员人数为3至4名,名单将在明年6月宣布。

沃尔沃环球帆船赛将在明年10月4日从西班牙出发,途经三亚在内的10个城市,全程72930公里,预计在2015年6月底抵达位于瑞典哥德堡的终点。

三亚半山半岛帆船港的服务包括游艇俱乐部会所、餐厅、咖啡厅、酒店、购物街、帆船学校、以及先进的码头管理系统。同时,帆船港拥有325个全天候的泊位,在其维修站内拥有100吨吊机。
