Are you, or do you know someone, between 16 and 23 years old who would love or benefit from going for an adventurous sail on a tall ship? The Young Endeavour is accepting applications for the ballot for voyages between March and August 2014.
A voyage aboard Young Endeavour is an awesome experience, and one which will give someon not only sailing skills, but also skills for life.
The Royal Australian Navy crew will teach young participants how to sail a square-rigged vessel, including how to navigate, keep watch, take the helm, cook in the galley, tie knots, work aloft and even take command.
Not only that, this is training in teamwork, leadership and communication skills.
Imagine sailing the crystal clear waters of the Whitsundays or tacking with the wind as you sail through Sydney Heads.
The Ballot is open until 30 November, so there's no time to delay!
