Paige Railey (Clearwater, Fla.) on winning race seven and her disappointing 28th-place finish in race eight. 'I think I used up all my luck in the first race and sailed a bad one. It was the first race of the regatta where I didn’t sail a good one. I’ll wipe it clean and start again tomorrow.'

Women’s Match Racing skipper Anna Tunnicliffe(Plantation, Fla.) comments on the results that she, Molly Vandemoer and Debbie Capozzi have earned: 'We are very excited with how we are sailing. We have been working hard on the game and are trying to incorporate everything we have learned. The race committee is doing a great job with the races and the competition is great. Everyone is getting better and better every time we see each other, which makes the racing tight and fun.'

Bonus blog content: Zach Railey(Clearwater, Fla.) shares his thoughts about his competition in the Finn class: 'I’ve made huge gains and we’re very happy with the way that we’re sailing.'
