What a big week in sailing!
The Finn Open Junior and Senior European Championships being sailed in Split, Croatia are reaching their conclusion with Rafael Trujillo currently on top of the leaderboard. Nine sailors can mathematically win the championship after the all improtant medal race - tight sailing indeed.
Racing on upper Lake Garda at Olympic Garda 2010 concludes tomorrow, the Audi MedCup Portugal Trophy Cascais is underway with Emirates Team New Zealand taking today's Coastal Race. Be sure to check out the gallery of images from our various photographers.
The Normandy Channel race prologue has been won by Peter Harding and Halvard Mabire on their Class 40 '40 Degrees' and the race proper commences Sunday at 14:00 hours. The 2010 Portofino Rolex Trophy, an invitation only event for classic yachts is underway in Italy. Renowned photographer Carlo Borlenghi presents images from the event.
