Spirit of Yachting 2008 is a series of ten half-hour programmes featuring some of the very best yachting events taking place this year.
Starting with the Rolex China Sea Race from Hong Kong to Subic Bay in the Philippines, the series moves onto Miami and the Rolex Farr 40 World Championship, won for an unprecedented third time in a row by Vincenzo Onorato, before heading to Europe for Rolex Capri Sailing Week in May and the Giraglia Rolex Cup in June, where Neville Crichton's Alfa Romeo sets out to break the course record. The final programme in the series will be the Rolex Sydney Hobart, which starts each year on Boxing Day.
The programmes are being shown around the world and scheduling information is being posted on a regular basis to regattanews.com at:

SKY SPORTS (UK & Eire) will show Giraglia Rolex Cup starting on Tuesday 29/7 19:00 (Local Time) (repeat times and subsequent programming information are available)
CNBC EUROPE also has the Giraglia Rolex Cup as its next programme, scheduled for Saturday 26/7 at 17:30 (Local Time) (repeat times and subsequent programming information are available)
CNBC Sports Asia is now showing the Giraglia Rolex Cup, with the next airing on Sunday 27/07
ESPN International will broadcast the Giraglia Rolex Cup in the Middle East on 29/7, in the Pacific Rim on 20/8, in Latin America and the Caribbean on 20/8, and across Africa on 13/08 (repeat time information is available)
ESPN Classic will start to broadcast the Giraglia Rolex Cup pan-Europe from 21/08, in Italy from 17/08 and in France from29/08
SPORT + in France will show Rolex Capri Sailing Week on 04/08 and the Giraglia Rolex Cup on 25/08 (subsequent programming dates are available)
