SW1000XL2-HardTop - Seawind 1000XL2 Launch Mike Rees
Seawind Catamarans are pleased to announce the launch of the next generation of Seawind 1000, Australia’s most popular cruising catamaran, with the launch of the new XL2 series.

The Seawind 1000XL2 now has a range of new and significant features to enhance onboard comfort and livability for cruising couples and families.

These include:

• Fiberglass Hardtop Extension: Extending out over the helm and cockpit, the hardtop will provide further protection from the elements in place of the soft bimini covers.

• Galley & Saloon Hatch: This opening will allow the chef to easily pass up food from the galley into the saloon, plus open up the galley with more ventilation, light and direct communication through to the saloon.

• Folding Saloon Table: A beautiful timber saloon table will be an outstanding showpiece of the cockpit, with very practical application thanks to its foldaway sides allowing easy access to the end seating in the saloon.

The first Seawind 1000XL2 will be on display at the Seawind Open Day on Sunday the 21st of August at Birkenhead Point Marina, Drummoyne – Sydney along with a newly launched Seawind 1250 and the award winning Seawind 1160. The boats will be on show from 11am to 3pm with test sails afterwards.
