With the limit of 120 entries for the SB3 World Championship already reached, the organising committe have announced that they have been able to raise the entry limit to 150.
The SB3 Worlds are due to take place in Ireland in Dublin Bay, hosted by the National YC between 20 and 26 September 2008.
As most of you are aware, we have been working to accommodate as many entries as practical for this event while still maintaining quality racing and adequate on shore facilities for a pleasant social atmosphere. Fortunately we have now been able to make the necessary arrangements to extend the number of participants in this exciting event.
The number of allowable entries for the first SB3 World Championship has been extended from 120 to 150.
As we have a waiting list of over thirty boats we will offer places to these potential participants first by emailing them today. They will be asked to confirm their initial interest by completing the entry process within 10 days.
After this process we will continue to keep every body informed through this forum and on the www.sb3worlds2008.com on the status of the entry list and the number of available places.
