Sydney boaters won’t have to brave the crowds at Darling Harbour to see the best of the Sydney International Boat Show. The SBM Middle Harbour Boat Show will provide the opportunity to preview what will undoubtedly be the stars of the show, a week before everyone else during the weekend of July 27-28th.

Yet there’s one more bonus you won’t see at any boat show. Lovers of the finer things on the water will be able to inspect the stunning Lotus Evora, thanks to an exclusive arrangement between SBM and Lotus Australia

The SBM Middle Harbour Boat Show at The Spit, Mosman will host the arrival of the new Maritimo M50 Cruising Motoryacht and the sublime S50 Motoryacht. Boating enthusiasts can enjoy a personalised inspection of these two stunning craft under the guiding hands of the SBM team. Another new Maritimo model will be launched over the weekend as well, but SBM is remaining rather tight- lipped on this one, alluding to the fact that it will be something rather special.

A full selection of current models from the Maritimo and Mustang range will also on display, as well as a comprehensive selection of quality used boats and trades from 30 – 75 feet on display. You’ll be able to talk with experts on a range of support services including finance and insurance, so you may find owning own of these stunning craft could be a lot easier than you think.

The climax of the weekend will be a VIP event on Sunday the 29th from 3-6pm. A cool DJ will be playing the latest Cafe Del Mar style tunes, along with tasty finger food and complimentary drinks to toast the arrival of the new models. While the SBM Boat Show is free and open to everyone, the Sunday afternoon VIP event is by registration only to allow SBM to plan the numbers, so be sure to register your interest.

An open invitation is also extended to the local media and the boating media fraternity, as the event will provide the media with the opportunity to thoroughly preview the new Maritimos and network with the boating community.

With so many outstanding craft on display, the media will definitely have something to write about. SBM’s preferred suppliers & contractors are also invited to the VIP afternoon as a way of thanking them for their ongoing support.

As SBM only uses the best in the game, their support is vital in providing SBM with the platform for healthy and prosperous growth.

All the SBM crew will be on hand to answer questions, conduct on board inspections and arrange for on water tests for the following week, or weekend, after the Sydney International Boat Show, where all the boats will be berthed for a post Sydney Boat show viewing.

Entry to the SBM Middle Harbour Boat Show is free and, on the marina on the eastern side of the Spit Bridge at Smith’s Boat Shed and Ferguson’s Marina, The Spit, Mosman.

To register for the VIP afternoon on Sunday, please email Barbara Batton on bbatton@maritmosydney.com.au
