Who is the chef on your sailing boat when it is heeled 30 degrees and someone needs to cut the tomatoes? No-one but the experienced sailing boat chef will appreciate how important that slot around the edge of the cutting board is. The board is made of American hard maple and Santos mahogany by Soundview Millworks, and will make an excellent Christmas present for any boat-owner, whether they are skilled in nautical chef-manship or not.
