Parlympics London 2012 - Matt Grier is responsible for helping the RYA identify potential future Paralympians and ensuring that they have the proper opportunities to sail the right boats at the right time to give them the best opportunity of future success. Matt has developed a Paralympic Transition Squad which enables the sailors to receive top class coaching and train together at Weymouth and Portland once or twice a month.
