North South Yachting, national importer of Bavaria Yachts and X-Yachts will be at Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, 21-24 May 2009, showing the Bavaria 34 Cruiser and the new Bavaria 43 Cruiser in her boat show debut.

The Bavaria 43 was the first in a new bigger range featuring a brand new interior style (available in three colour finishes) exemplifying ergonomic creativity and modern aesthetics. With customary Bavaria performance, the best hull construction on the production market and a fantastic variety of options, the Bavaria 43 is hard to beat.

The Bavaria 34 has been massively popular to date and features a two cabin, one head layout. With the biggest cockpit in her class, balanced and dynamic sailing performance and an elegant interior, this yacht epitomises the Bavaria values of quality, performance and value.

Bavaria Yachts range from 31’ to 51 in the Cruiser range and 40’ to 50’ in the Vision range.

Farr/BMW Designworks Bavaria 55
The stunning new Farr/BMW Designworks Bavaria 55 was recently launched in Europe and new pictures and information will be available at the North South Yachting stand. Early reports have been positively exuberant in praise for this latest offering from Bavaria Yachts.

Investment Allowance
With the recently announced tax break (investment allowance) for small businesses to be increased to 50%, there has never been a better time to look into charter yacht ownership. North South Yachting has placed many yachts into charter all round Australia and is working closely with several charter companies as well as industry experts such as Finlease on how to make the best of this opportunity. Bavaria Yachts is one of the most widely chartered brands in the world.

Bavaria Yachts continue to have huge success in this sector due to comfort, quality of build, sailing performance, durability and ease of maintenance. North South Yachting has sold over 25 yachts into charter in the Whitsundays, several in Pittwater and Sydney Harbour and several others around Australia.

Brokerage on display
As well as new yachts, North South Yachting will have a full display of brokerage yachts including many offerings from all over Australia through their national network of Agents. Tom Edgington, National Brokerage Manager, will be available to discuss brokerage yachts in detail.

North South Yachting has been importing Bavaria Yachts since 1997 and is one of the few importers of new yachts who have developed and maintain a comprehensive national network of agents. In addition to the head office in Pittwater, NSW, NSY is represented in Queensland (Australiawide Boat Sales), Western Australia (Martin Box Marine), South Australia (MDBS South Australia/Haese Marine), Tasmania (MDBS Tasmania) and Victoria (Aussie Boat Sales).

Since 1978 Bavaria yachts have been synonymous with premium quality, solid and lasting values as well as an outstanding price-performance ratio. More than 3000 sailing and motor yachts are produced each year ranking the shipyard among the world’s largest and most successful yacht manufacturers. The Bavaria shipyard has one of the most state-of-the-art series production facilities for sailing yachts worldwide.

Bavaria applies rigorous standards to production complying with the GL (Germanischer Lloyd) Yacht Plus Certification, a voluntary yet strict certification process that far exceeds EU requirements offering an even greater degree of security.

Details of the new X-Yachts range will be available on the NSY stand with show pricing including the new cruising range: XC-42, XC-45 and XC-50. Pricing has recently been reduced through a strengthening Australian dollar and attractive introductory offers for new models.

X-Yachts is a premium brand offering three distinct categories of yacht encompassing one-design racing (X-35 and X-41), performance cruising (X-34 – X65) and dedicated ocean cruising with the new XC series.
