Innovation is the theme for this year's Palm Beach International Boat Show, with the aim of reinvigorating the marine industry and catch the attention of a more energetic and positive consumer.

'Great exhibitor displays, coupled with a newly revitalized waterfront area, will make this one of the best shows to date. Our exhibitors have stayed focused on innovation and are bringing exciting new products to this year’s show,' said Dane Graziano, senior vice president and COO of Show Management, the company which manages and produces the show. The 2011 Palm Beach International Boat Show runs from March 24 to 27. Here is just a glimpse of the innovative products scheduled to roll out at the show.

Malcolm Page OAM, two-time Olympic Gold Medallist, became the Chief of Olympic Sailing for the USA on January 1 Malcolm Page OAM, two-time Olympic Gold Medallist (470) with Nathan Wilmot in 2008 and Mat Belcher in 2012, became the Chief of Olympic Sailing for the USA on January 1 this year. In and of itself it is hardly the freshest news, and well and truly yesterday’s fish wrapper. It was also a wise choice on behalf of Team USA, for he has succeeded in both the physical and commercial arms of our sport.
