The latest Marten 49 to be constructed by premier yacht builder Marten Yachts left Azzura Marine's world-class Nowra facility en route to Fremantle, Western Australia.

AM Care, Marten Yachts' dedicated service team, will commission the luxuriously appointed yacht in Perth for her new owner, who also owns a Sydney 36 built by parent company, Azzura Marine.

Distinguished by its claret-coloured hull, the sleek new yacht will join the growing WA Marten fleet, which currently includes Marten 4909 Optimus Prime and Marten 4912 Sue Sea.

With three Martens set to create a spectacle on the Indian Ocean, there is sure to be some fierce competition between the performance cruiser racers in the coming months.
