Calling all Etchells Sailors to the Forgacs NCYC Offshore Regatta – October long weekend!

Newcastle Cruising Yacht Club and Lake Macquarie Etchells fleet invite all Etchells sailors to race in the Forgacs NCYC Offshore Regatta over the October long weekend (1-3 October 2011).

Similar the successful Etchells state championships, the Forgacs NCYC Offshore regatta will be raced off Newcastle providing competitors with conditions similar to those that will be experienced during the 2012 Etchells Worlds Championships to be run off Sydney Heads.

With a great yacht club, plenty of accommodation and restaurants, fantastic beaches and a brand new museum Newcastle is a great place to bring the family for a weekend away whilst also being able race in one of the most competitive keelboat classes in the world.
