Multi award-winning motor yacht manufacturer Monte Carlo Yachts have appointed Victorian dealership, Sundance Marine, as the first authorised dealer in Australia. Monte Carlo Yachts, part of Groupe Beneteau, create a range of classic, yet innovative luxury motor yachts including the MCY 65, MCY 76 and the recently released MCY 70.

Sundance Marine, a well-established Beneteau dealer based in Melbourne, has quickly earned a reputation for providing outstanding customer service across both their highly successful new boat sales and brokerage businesses.

Sundance Director David Beck commented, 'We are extremely excited to be representing Monte Carlo Yachts and their prestigious range of luxury motor yachts in Australia, complementing our existing ranges and brands.'

Sundance Marine has already sold its first boat, the MCY 65, to a Melbourne owner who is taking delivery of his custom finished motor yacht in the Adriatic in May 2013.

At the recent London Boat Show, Motor Boats Monthly and Motor Boat & Yachting awarded the MCY 65 as the 2013 Motor Boat of the Year in the Best Flybridge above 55ft category.

Monte Carlo Yachts has succeeded in offering in all its range the original design elements and the numerous innovations that ensured the success of the MCY 76, the 'Most Awarded Yacht Ever', with her seven awards collected in less the eight months after the first presentation to the public.

Other awards this high-end shipyard has received include the MCY 70 winning the coveted Best Design Trophy following its international debut in Cannes and the Best Import Motor Yacht 70–80ft in the 2012 Editors Choice Awards at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.

'It’s an exciting time for us right now, we have been working closely with our Melbourne MCY 65 purchaser in preparation for delivery and look forward to seeing this glamorous motor yacht arriving to Australia to present the brand to the local market,' said David Beck.

Federico Peruccio of Monte Carlo Yachts said the Monte Carlo Yachts team are delighted to welcome David and John Beck as their dealer and believe their local skills and breadth of experience will do credit to the MCY brand.
