London Olympics 2012 - Aussies in action on day 4 + Outteridge Video

Competition continues on day 6 of the London 2012 Olympic Games Sailing competition in Weymouth on Wednesday with six fleets in action, with the Finn and Star classes having a lay day.

The Women’s Match Racing round robin continues on the Nothe spectator course, while the 49er, Laser Radial and Laser fleets will contest races five and six. The women’s and men’s RS:X fleets will take part in races three and four.

Australian Results from Tuesday:
Laser – Tom Slingsby – 2/6 – 11 points – first overall
49er – Nathan Outteridge & Iain Jensen – 2/4 – 15 points – first overal
lWomen’s Match Racing – Olivia Price, Nina Curtis & Lucinda Whitty –1st – wins against NZL and RUS

Laser Radial – Krystal Weir – 10/23 – 69 points – 17th overall
Finn – Brendan Casey – 10/17 – 64 points – 14th overall
RS:X Women – Jessica Crisp – 11/10 – 21 points – 12th overall

49er – Nathan Outteridge & Iain Jensen – Races 5/6, 12pm – Portland Harbour
Laser – Tom Slingsby – Races 5/6, 12.10pm – Weymouth Bay West
Laser Radial – Krystal Weir – Races 5/6, 12pm – Weymouth Bay West
RS:X women – Jessica Crisp – Races 3/4, 2pm – Portland Harbour
