Laser Radial Women's World Championships are ready to go with registration starting tomorrow and racing beginning on Tuesday! The format for this event will aim to complete two races per day through until the finals on the seventh of October.
All the main players have arrived in Rizhao, China to compete for podium position, including Canadians Isabella Bertold, currently ranked third in the world. Despite being plagued with recent injuries, Isabella has had success on the European circuit, placing ninth at the European Championships and winning the women's title at the Irish Nationals in Dun Laoghaire.
Brenda Bowskill, Claire Merry and Ingrid Merry round out the Canadian contingent all with podium performances at the recent NA Grand Prix in Kingston, ON. The Canadian Radials will be supported by National Team Coach and Olympian Chris Cook. Go Canada!
