Navsail is very pleased to announce the arrival of Elan’s latest cruising model, the Impression 384, in Sydney.
Launched in January, the distinctive and stunning new design by Rob Humphreys is the second model release in Elan’s new cruising line, which has taken off in Europe with great success.
This new model follows her bigger and very successful sister, the Impression 434, which stole the limelight at Stockholm’s major Boat Show last November, winning the ‘Boat of the Show’ award.
A fast blue water cruiser, elegant in style with supreme comfort in its generous interior space, the Impression 384, at 38 feet, is a big boat and very much the ideal size for the bluewater cruising couple or family, for days of cruising and entertaining.
Navsail’s Rod Parry says, ‘people will enjoy the ease of handling while relaxing with the peace of mind they are sailing on a yacht that is designed with exceptional seaworthiness, high stability ratings and superior keel fixing that’s second to none.’
The huge amount of storage will have great appeal for extended cruising, especially in the two cabin version, which has a very large and deep starboard rear locker able to accommodate items like bikes, rubber tender, outboard motor and diving gear.
In addition there is a built-in permanent rear fender that extends across the stern, a massive anchor locker and a big boat deep bilge.
The Impression 384 is a well equipped Version 3, which is an owners version featuring two double cabins and one bathroom, with a separate shower cubicle.
‘This 38ft blue water cruiser is something really special and definitely unequalled in design and price here in Australia. We are confident that this model will excite and tempt many,’ remarked Parry, ‘and in August we look forward to the release of a smaller model, the Impression 344, so there will be a beautiful bluewater cruiser to suit all,’ he added.
The Impression 384 will be showcased at the coming Sydney International Boat Show, but Navsail highly recommends an early inspection.
