When one of the crew of Steinlager II celebrated his 50th birthday recently, his wife turned to Jenny Nicholls of For Heaven's Cake to produce a replica of Big Red for the occasion.

Working from photos Jenny produced produced this work of beautifully crafted edible art, to add a memorable focus to the celebration last Saturday.

And yes, her cakes taste as good as they look.
