It was no day for the nervous on Sydney Harbour today with ferries and club racing yachts weaving amongst the numerous participants in the various fleets of the SIRS Regatta.

The Rolex Trophy media boat returning from offshore also wound its way through the fleets. Here are some of Crosbie Lorimer's photos.

Day 4 SIRS- Balance of medals decided
Day 4 SIRS: Balance of medals decided at the Sydney International Regatta this afternoon. Australian entries put on a great show, winning four gold medals, two silver and a bronze as the remaining classes completed racing at the Sydney International Regatta this afternoon.

Day 3 SIRS a tough day on competitors
It was a hard day on the water for all and conditions took their toll on Day 3 SIRS. 'I’m glad they didn’t hold the planned three races for us today, it would have been too much,' said a weary Darren Bundock (AUS) on coming ashore at Woollahra Sailing Club after he and Glenn Ashby won both Tornado races which has kept them in the lead of their series.

Day 2 SIRs- Light airs reward Norwegians
Wafting breezes shook up the scoreboard at the Sydney International Regatta this afternoon. Wafting breezes early in the afternoon shook up the scoreboard at the Sydney International Regatta as the light air specialists came into their own, the good all-rounders became evident and Norway ran away with a few victories.
